Kristina brings with her an incredible track record of leadership and results. With over a decade of experience in property management, she has successfully led portfolios of more than 2,700 residential units and 13 commercial units while managing high-performing teams of Regional Managers and Directors. Her expertise spans Class A, B, and C assets, including garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities.

Kristina is results-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused — qualities that perfectly align with Elev8’s mission of delivering Large Scale Knowledge with a Small Scale Focus. She has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver operational excellence, drive client satisfaction, and lead with creativity and innovation.
