Director of Operations
Amy Vande Kamp

Amy brings 20 years of multifamily experience spanning the Pacific Northwest and Southwest. She has spent her career building out the PNW skyline, including lease-ups of some of Seattle’s most ambitious high-rise communities, and overseeing portfolio strategy across four major metropolitan markets.

In her role at Elev8, Amy will be focused on strengthening operations across our portfolio —from underwriting and property performance to processes, accountability, client service, and, most importantly, developing and supporting our people.

Amy is also a licensed WA State broker and holds a journalism degree from Texas A&M. Outside of work, she loves the theater, so there’s a good chance you’ll find her at a show when she isn’t digging into operations or a spreadsheet.

Talent & Transitions Manager
Julie Isom

With more than 20 years in property management, Julie has built her career from the ground up, gaining experience in roles ranging from Leasing Agent to Regional Manager and beyond. She has worked across diverse property types, from garden-style communities to luxury high-rises, developing a deep and practical understanding of the industry.

In her role as Talent and Transitions Manager, Julie is driven by a passion for mentorship, development and knowledge sharing. She is committed to creating onboarding experiences that set both associates and properties up for long-term success while making each transition process smooth, supportive and enjoyable.

Julie’s greatest pride comes from the people she has helped along the way: Seeing associates grow, gain confidence and advance in their careers is what motivates her every day.

Regional Manager
Annmarie Maxwell

With over 18 years of experience property management, Annmarie brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in managing diverse property types. Her career spans from garden-style communities undergoing major renovations and capital projects to brand new lease-ups, and everything in between.

Annmarie thrives on projects that require vision, planning and hands-on execution. She is especially passionate about renovations and lease-ups, where she can bring concepts to life, ensure every detail aligns with the vision, delivering results that meet key benchmarks.

Throughout her career, Annmarie has successfully managed large communities as a Community Manager and overseen portfolios of more than 1,800 units as an Area Manager. She excels at leading large teams, creating collaborative environments and ensuring that team members feel supported, appreciated and empowered to succeed. Training and development are central to her leadership style, and she takes pride in helping others grow and achieve their goals.

Annmarie is equally committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining standout curb appeal and driving operational excellence. Whether in day-to-day management or through large-scale projects, she is dedicated to building communities that both residents and teams are proud to call home.

Regional Maintenance Director
Riley Hewitt

Riley joins Elev8 with over a decade of experience in construction and project management. He is excited to oversee a knowledgeable and efficient maintenance team dedicated to asset preservation, enhancing resident experience and exceeding client expectations. His hands-on approach ensures smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

Outside of work, Riley enjoys camping and road-trip adventures with his wife and daughter, tackling home improvement projects and restoring vintage Ford trucks. His passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving extends from the workplace to his hobbies, making him a well-rounded and dedicated addition to the Elev8 team.

Client Relationship Manager
Jeorgia Pedersen

As the Client Relationship Manager, Jeorgia plays a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of property owners.

With a focus on building strong, long-term relationships, Jeorgia serves as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing day-to-day interactions and offering customized solutions to meet their specific needs. By anticipating challenges and responding quickly to client concerns, Jeorgia ensures that property owners feel supported and confident in the management of their assets.

Director of Operational Excellence
Meagen Morrice

Meagen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Washington and brings eight years of experience in property management, excelling in sales, operations and finance. Her background includes managing multiple sites, handling occupied and amenity renovations, and leading operations for large institutional and REIT communities.

Meagen's career accomplishments include being a finalist for the Emerald Awards Community Manager of the Year in 2018 and 2019 and holding the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.

Founder
Misty Rowell

Throughout her career, Misty has worked with some of the top-rated property management firms in the greater Seattle market, gaining extensive experience in multiple facets of the industry. She has also worked directly with local Owner Operators, wearing many different hats and learning to increase NOI by out of the box and forward-thinking ideas.

Her expertise spans financial analysis, budget preparation, redevelopment and renovation management, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), HUD (U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development), RD (Rural Development), conventional housing, asset management, business development, pre-development, lease ups and new construction.
