With over 20 years of multifamily housing experience, Julie brings an impressive background that spans garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities, across both lease-up and stabilized portfolios. From her start as a Leasing Agent to her current leadership role, Julie has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and team development.



She is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and embodies the values that define Elev8—delivering Large Scale Knowledge with a Small Scale Focus. Julie’s strategic insight is matched by her ability to build genuine, personalized connections with the teams and communities she serves.
