Jennifer brings a rare blend of precision, compassion, and heart to her role—supporting smooth financial operations while ensuring property owners, residents, and vendors all feel seen and supported. Before joining the property management world, Jennifer worked as an educational interpreter in public education. That experience helped her master communication, conflict resolution, and organization—skills that now make her an integral part of our mission to deliver service with both excellence and empathy. She holds a BA from Western Oregon University and is passionate about maintaining clear communication, accurate systems, and building trust with every person she works with. Outside the office, Jennifer is a busy mom of three who thrives on adventure, connection, and coffee. Whether she’s cheering on her kids at sporting events, dancing in the living room with her daughter, or sneaking in quiet moments with a good book—she leads with heart in everything she does. We’re thrilled to have her on the team!
